Product Description

カフェオレベース①

Our cafe au lait base allows you to easily make cafe au lait by simply mixing it with milk. It is one of BASE COFFEE's popular products, sold year-round.

To make it, mix milk to cafe au lait base at a 4:1 ratio. Each 600ml bottle makes approximately 20 cups of cafe au lait.

How to Make

カフェオレベース④

Pour about one-fifth of the cafe au lait base into a cup.

カフェオレベース⑤

Pour in milk to fill the remaining four-fifths.

When making a hot cafe au lait, please warm the milk beforehand.

With these steps, you can easily make a delicious cafe au lait. Having a bottle in your refrigerator will be great for your afternoon tea time.

After opening the cafe au lait base, please store it in the refrigerator and consume it as soon as possible.

Quality Control

カッピング

At BASE COFFEE, we perform quality checks after every roast.

The same quality checks are also performed for our drip bags.

Especially during seasonal changes, it is essential to review the roasting process due to changes in temperature and humidity.

The quality check that allows us to detect these changes is called "cupping."

We believe that by repeatedly performing daily cupping to notice subtle changes in flavor and feeding that information back into the roasting process, we can deliver consistent quality.
