Unique heating method that makes a difference in taste

Caldo's heating system warms the entire side of the decanter with hot air. Since the entire coffee liquid is heated, there is less temperature difference, and the rich, delicious flavor lasts longer. Conventional heating warms from the bottom of the decanter using a warmer plate. This creates a temperature difference in the coffee liquid, gradually leading to over-extraction and loss of flavor.

Four features of the BM-3100

① "Eco Mode" After extraction, the boiler temperature is lowered for heating. In addition, it has an energy-saving design that automatically turns off the power if extraction is not performed for a continuous period. ② "Timer Function" The power automatically turns on at the set time. This saves time even on busy mornings. ③ "Display of heating elapsed time" The elapsed time after extraction is shown on the LCD display. This provides an instant guide to deliciousness. ④ "LED Display" "Extracting" and "Extraction Complete" are shown in different colors. This makes the operating status easy to understand.
