Straight-in Portafilter

The portafilter can now be attached by simply inserting it straight into the group head. The workflow from grinding to extraction becomes a single, continuous motion, achieving the best possible workflow. This reduces strain on the barista's wrist.

Auto Steam Flush

When the portafilter is removed from the group head, the flushing action automatically begins. Dirt on the screen, which could not be removed by conventional hot water flushing, is now cleaned by a sequence of steam and hot water, keeping the screen cleaner and stabilizing coffee quality.

Pro Touch Steam Wand

The Pro Touch Steam Wand has a double-walled structure, so the metal part does not get hot to the touch, preventing baristas from burns.

Drip Prediction

Previously, when using ABR (Scale-Linked Function), baristas had to manually set the "Drip Offset." With the KB90, the software measures the final liquid volume during espresso extraction and stops the extraction at the appropriate time.
