Straight-in Portafilter
The portafilter can be attached by simply inserting it straight into the group. The entire process from grinding to extraction becomes a seamless flow, achieving the best workflow and reducing the burden on the barista's wrist.
Auto Steam Flush
When the portafilter is removed from the group, the flushing action starts automatically. This cleans the screen more thoroughly than conventional hot water-only flushing by sequentially using steam and hot water, keeping the screen cleaner and stabilizing coffee quality.
Pro Touch Steam Wand
The Pro Touch Steam Wand has a double-wall structure, so the metal part does not get hot to the touch, preventing barista burns.
Drip Prediction
Conventionally, when using ABR (scale-linked function), baristas had to set the "DripOffset" themselves. With the KB90, the software measures the final liquid volume during espresso extraction and stops the extraction at the appropriate time.
