How to Brew

First, open the pack and place it in a coffee cup. Be sure to enjoy the aroma as soon as you open it.

Pour in hot water. Since you're just pouring it into a cup, you can use a regular kettle instead of a gooseneck kettle.

Wait patiently for about 4 minutes. The longer you wait, the stronger the coffee flavor will be.

After 4 minutes, move the drip bag up and down, just like you would with a tea bag, to adjust the flavor.

You can remove the drip bag as shown in the photo, or leave it in the cup; it won't become bitter. Choose your preferred style. Personally, I put the drip bag in a tumbler, pour hot water, and head out. Of course, I leave the drip bag in there.

Whether you're short on time in the morning or want coffee right away, you can enjoy a coffee break instantly as long as you have hot water.

Even if you usually brew coffee with a coffee maker or by hand-drip, having instant coffee readily available at home provides peace of mind.

Especially during seasonal changes, it is essential to review the roasting process due to changes in temperature and humidity.

This "cupping" quality check allows us to detect these changes.

By repeatedly performing daily cuppings to notice subtle changes in flavor and feeding that back into the roasting process, we believe we can deliver consistent quality.
