Furthermore, we can add a 'noshi' (decorative paper strip) if requested.

Especially during seasonal changes, it's essential to review the roasting process due to variations in temperature and humidity.

This 'cupping' quality check allows us to detect these changes.

We believe that by repeating the diligent process of noticing subtle changes in flavor through daily cupping and feeding that information back into our roasting, we can deliver consistent quality.
