Shipping within Japan
Free domestic shipping on orders of JPY 6,000 or more.
- Most regions in Japan: JPY 800
- Hokkaido and Okinawa: JPY 1,760
- Tohoku and Kyushu: JPY 1,100
Dispatch schedule
- Orders placed on Monday or Tuesday: dispatched on Thursday.
- Orders placed from Wednesday to Sunday: dispatched on the following Tuesday.
The schedule may change around public holidays and extended closures. We appreciate your understanding if you need your order urgently. Subscription orders follow the dispatch schedule on the relevant product page.
International shipping to Asia
We ship our selected coffee bags and Coffee Journey Gift to Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and South Korea by EMS (Japan Post), with tracking.
Shipping is calculated from the packed weight of the products in your order. The current online shipping limit is 5 kg. Product availability depends on your delivery country.

Recipient Details for International Delivery
Please enter the recipient's full name and complete delivery address in English or Latin characters, including the postal code where applicable. Include any apartment or unit number needed for delivery.
Provide a telephone number where the recipient can be reached, including the country calling code, and an email address that you check regularly. We use these details for delivery questions and order updates. If an address or contact detail needs correction, please contact us before dispatch.
The postal operator or customs authority may contact the recipient for clearance information. Please respond to their request promptly to avoid delays.
Customs and delivery
Import duties, taxes or carrier clearance fees may be payable on delivery if they are not collected at checkout. These charges are separate from the EMS shipping charge. Customs may request information from the recipient.
Delivery time depends on the destination and customs processing. Dispatch dates are the dates we send your order, not guaranteed arrival dates. If your country or order has no available shipping rate, contact info@basecoffee.info before ordering.
