We produce 45 varieties with the desire to let you easily experience the privilege of a coffee shop—comparing different coffees at home—and to help you discover the joy and depth of coffee.
By roasting one type of coffee bean into three different roasts and doing this for 15 countries, we achieve 45 varieties.
For example, the same Ethiopian beans are roasted to light, mild, and dark levels. Since you can experience the differences in roast even with the same beans, you can discover your preferred roast level.
Also, try comparing mild roasts from Ethiopia and Colombia. This will show you which producing country you prefer. If you compare Ethiopian light roast with Colombian dark roast, it's hard to grasp the trends of the producing countries because the roast levels are different, so we recommend unifying the roast level when comparing different producing countries.
In this way, by comparing two types, you can discover the diversity of coffee and why such things happen. I hope to create many people who find charm in this and fall into the "coffee swamp" (I am one of them), so please enjoy comparing the coffees.
