Original Drip Coffee: Full-Color Printing, Single-Color Printing
BASE COFFEE accepts orders for drip bag manufacturing with full-color printing or single-color printing, completely custom-made.
For corporations, they are used as anniversary novelty items or sales tools, and for individuals, they are used as small gifts for weddings.
We will roughly outline the process of manufacturing original drip coffee here.

Minimum Order Quantity
While original products typically started from 3,000 or 5,000 units, demand has surged in recent years, and lot sizes have decreased. Minimum Lot Size: From 1,000 units Even if 1,000 units sounds like a lot, if you consider distributing 5-piece sets to 200 people, we believe it's a feasible range for individual use.From Order to Delivery
The process after placing an order is basically as follows: [Order] → [Illustration Data Submission] → [Drip Bag Film Printing] → [Coffee Powder Filling] → [Delivery] The above is the basic flow. For full-color printing, one additional step is added: creating the printing plate after illustration data submission. The number of days required from order to delivery is as follows: Single-color printing: Approximately 3 to 4 weeks Full-color printing: Approximately 4 to 5 weeks There may be a delay of about 1 to 2 weeks due to busy periods at the filling factory, but single-color printing is cheaper and can be delivered faster. Now, here are the details of each step.[Order] We request orders by email. Inquiries about details are also accepted by phone.
[Illustration Data Submission] After receiving your order, we will send you notes and a format for creating illustration data. Please create the data according to the instructions. If you cannot create the illustration data in-house, we can arrange for one of our partner production companies to do it. Please inquire when placing your order.
[Drip Bag Film Printing] For full-color printing, it takes approximately 3 weeks from receiving the illustration data to printing. For single-color printing, this step is performed simultaneously with the next step, [Coffee Powder Filling].
[Coffee Powder Filling] Production reservations for filling dates cannot be made less than approximately one month in advance. This may vary depending on the busy season, so we will consult with you when you place your order.
[Delivery] Delivery will be made 2 days or more after filling. The contents will be delivered as individual drip bags in two or more cardboard boxes, each approximately 200 size for宅配便 (delivery service).
