November 1, 2019: Second store opened in Kakuozan
Although some time has passed since it opened, "BASE COFFEE Kakuozan," Base Coffee's second store, has opened in an alley just a 1-minute walk from Exit 4 of Kakuozan Station.

If you exit Exit 4 and walk right (towards Higashiyama Park), then turn into the second narrow one-way street, you should find us right away.
If you are driving, please use the Frante Kakuozan parking lot (paid, but with a discount service for purchases) or a coin parking lot. Please note that we do not have our own parking lot.

Morning service 9:00 - 11:00
We open at 9 AM.
And only at Kakuozan do we offer a morning service.
For just the price of a drink, you get a croissant and homemade granola yogurt, as shown in the picture.
I started this because I myself would go every day if there was a place with delicious croissants and coffee.

You can also change the croissant to a baguette sandwich (+300 yen).

We offer three types of lunch sets during lunchtime.
All lunch sets include:
Coffee, coffee jelly, salad, soup, quiche (baguette), and one deli item.

We offer Creamy Meat Doria exclusively at Kakuozan, and it's currently our most popular dish.
It's very filling, so even men should be satisfied.
After your meal, please enjoy our mild roast blend.

Of course, takeout is available.
You can also take out the croissants from the morning set, so you can enjoy our morning service at home!
It has only been one month since we opened, so our staff will continue to work hard to make sure everyone in the Kakuozan area has a comfortable experience and feels glad that our shop is here.
