Regarding Kakuozan: Change in Business Operations

Lately, I've been constantly thinking about how to approach business in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.
We are implementing every possible measure at our store to provide a safer environment, while continuing to operate enjoyably.

To remain rooted in Kakuozan and continue to be a familiar place for the community, we want to evolve further, so we have made a few changes.

We understand that there may be some unfamiliar aspects, but we would appreciate your warm understanding for a little while.

✍️Elimination of face-to-face seating
All seating is now arranged side-by-side. As a result, most tables are for 2 people. There is only one table available that seats 3 people.

✍️Prepayment system will be implemented.
Even for in-store dining, please pay first.
If you wish to carefully browse the menu, you are welcome to take your time deciding at your table.

✍️We have prepared a dish return shelf.
Although it may be a slight inconvenience, we would appreciate it if you could return your tray when you leave.

✍️When paying by credit card, please insert your card into the credit terminal yourself and enter your PIN. You won't get lost if you follow the instructions on the terminal, so please don't worry.

We plan to resume lunch service from June.

Until the end of May, we will be operating with reduced hours, and lunch will only be available as a special takeout. However, it's a great value set, so we highly recommend it!

If you call or make a reservation in advance, we can hand over your order more smoothly.
